Standard Return Policy – 30 Days
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return window. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. When you’re ready to start, please use the Contact Us form or email support@partsworldusa.com.
If the return is due to our mistake (for example, we shipped the wrong item), we’ll waive all return processing fees. If the item doesn’t fit your application or isn’t what you expected, you’ll be responsible for applicable restocking fees and freight costs. This helps us continue offering high-quality parts at fair prices for everyone.
If your return is approved, we’ll send a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization can’t be accepted. When a return isn’t due to our error, shipping and return processing charges are the customer’s responsibility.

- Items sold as part of a kit/combo must be returned in full; individual components can’t be returned separately.
- All returns must be authorized by Customer Service before you ship them back.
- We do not accept returns for shipments sent outside the US (lower 48).
- Returned items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with the manuals.
- Due to the nature of the parts and accessories we sell, opened, installed, or used products are generally non-returnable. But, if the product is defective or fails during normal use, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Refund Process
Once your return shipment is received, inspected, and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees. Most products are inspected and restocked within 14 days of receipt. After approval, refunds typically appear on your statement within 1–5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Only returns that meet all RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) conditions and Parts World USA’s return policy requirements are eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and restocking fees unless the return is due to our error. Refused or undeliverable orders may also incur return freight fees, duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees. At our discretion, items purchased from partsworldusa.com may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item’s purchase price.

These include but are not limited to:
- Clearance products
- Open-box products
- Opened items
- Used or installed products
- Special-order items
- Custom-built products
- Made-to-order products
- Incomplete items
- Partial return shipments
- International orders
- Returns that are poorly packaged and incur avoidable damage (applies when items are shipped back in non-original packaging)
Damage & Special Cases
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right.
Refused / Undeliverable Orders
Refused or undeliverable orders returned to our facility are processed like a standard return. All restocking fees and shipping costs, including return freight and any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier, will be deducted from the product refund.
If you intend to return an item, please accept the delivery first and then follow our standard return process. Refusing a package can lead to carrier storage fees or rejection by our warehouse as an unscheduled delivery, which may delay processing and add shipping charges.

Requesting to cancel or return an order does not guarantee approval, though we’ll always do our best to find a fair solution. We reserve the right to deny any request at our discretion in alignment with these terms and conditions.
